- No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances
- ABSOLUTELY no hanging or leaning on any railings up the stairs or on the second level banner.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for any damages.
- Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
- Please lock all doors and windows every time you are leaving.
- DON’T put trash or any food outside because wild animals will eat it.
- No parties or events are allowed unless pre-approved in writing by the host
- The max number of guests is 12, no unregistered guests are allowed
- Parking is available in the front driveway, 6+ spots available, and it can easily accommodate trailers. Do not park on the roads.
- The shop and parking access in front of the shop are off-limits.
- Do NOT move Furniture, Appliances, or TVs around
- No Eating or Drinking in the Living Room or Bedrooms
- Power outages, weather and road conditions, acts of nature, evidence of pets, sightings of insects, and malfunctions with the TV or other equipment/appliances do not qualify for refunds.
- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay and they are not to be any bigger than 70lbs. Keep them off the furniture and clean any accidents they leave behind immediately. Shovel their outside droppings and dispose of them properly.
- By booking this home you agree to these terms and rules and hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that might happen during your stay.
