  • Checkout before 10 AM as cleaning for the next guest begins immediately following your departure.
  • Please strip all used beds of their sheets and put them in the laundry room and start a load of towels in the washer. If a bed was not slept in, leave the sheets on the bed. Do not make dirty beds.
  • Take all used towels that do not fit in the first laundry load and put them in the master bathroom tub so they don’t soak the floors.
  • Please clean all dirty dishes and set them out to dry.
  • Gather all trash from bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry then place it in the kitchen area. The cleaning company will dispose of it.
  • Make sure to empty out all food items you brought from the pantry space and fridge. Do not leave anything behind.
  • Put all game pieces back in the correct box and put them away.
  • Put away all movies in their correct cases and put them away.
  • Turn the thermostat down to 55 degrees before leaving.
  • Assure all windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving
  • Turn off all lights (except for Scentsy’s) before leaving.
  • Ensure there is no fire in the fireplace and close the fireplace chute and doors.
  • Do a walk-through of the house to assure nothing is going to be left behind. We hope to see you again soon!
